This means that the vnc2swf executable is not on the path. The page you
mentioned doesn't explain how to build and install in detail, I can only
presume that something went wrong here. If you need help you will need
to provide more details about exactly the commands you ran to download
and install it.
I would recommend rather using pyvnc2swf as it is more functional as
well - see the vnc2swf home page
