You should be more specific about your problem if you expect anybody to help you. If you don't take your time to explain it why would other people take their time to answer it?
Well, I don't know anything about the C version. Sorry!  I just wondered which window you are talking about.  Is it the recorded area?
And if you need help with the python version please give us (this list) the details about what happens.
