Hello,

I would nicely explain to the author the purpose of your CD and ask if
he would consider putting the flash bookmarlkets under GPL or under
another similar licence, or perhaps just maaking an exception for your
particular use. It specifically says "...without my permission..." ...
have you asked for such permission ? :) Perhaps he'll simply say yes.
About saying everyting is GPLed, I don't think that would be critical,
since you're creating content in a format that is not free, after all...
