[Vnc2swf-users] Popup Menu and Full Screen

The documentation of VNC2SWF is missing a pointer to the popup menu
feature.  Please add something like the following:

    Pressing F8 brings up a popup menu allowing you to start/stop
    recording and more.

Also, documentation is missing that tells one how to get out of full
screen mode.  The problem is that the popup menu doesn't appear in full
screen mode.
