#86 Global options are not saved in *.vnc file correctly
When global options are changed after a connections is established, then the new global options will not be saved in the *.vnc file via "Save as..." command. The original values for global options are saved instead.
This patch resolves artifact [ 1862085 ] Local cursor shape not saved (or loaded) in .vnc file.
