Let us know as soon as it is fixed in SVN, so that we can test it. Luis Correia |

Is this problem already solved? Finally, the bug has been located and will be fixed in the nearest days. 1.3.9 release is planned in late December, but it's possible that I'll prepare an interim version for testing. -- With Best Wishes, Constantin |

I just tried 1.3.8, and I believe there is still a bug where the wallpaper is not restored properly. It is quite easy to reproduce (on Windows XP Pro and Windows Vista Ultimate RTM): - Connect to a TightVNC 1.3.8 server with "Remove desktop wallpaper" is checked (wallpaper is correctly removed) - From the VNC server, right click the TightVNC tray icon and choose "Close TightVNC Server" It *does* correctly remove the wallpaper if you close the VNC viewer, or if you choose "Kill All Clients" from the TightVNC tray icon. The bug only seems to happen with a forcible close of the TightVNC Server. David |
