Run the 'Attach listening viewer' by a command

Hello everyone,

 

Within the Tight Server 2, there is an option of Right-Click on the server
icon and then choose the option  'Attach listening viewer'. If you click on
this, it will pop up a window, than you can type an IP and do a 'reverse
connection'. 

 

My question: Is there a way to open this window by a command, not by the
GUI?

Background information (Or why do I need it): I know there is a way to
connect the server to a viewer by command: 

tvnserver.exe -controlservice –connect [IP]

but through my experience, I encountered cases, that sometimes the server
will not connect to a viewer while using the command, but if you do it
through the "Attach listening viewer" option, than it will connect.
