how to connect a version 2 server to listen viewer by command

Previously I posted here a message that might not be so clear, so I'll ask
it again.

I want to make a reverse connection (server to viewer).

I used to do it with the command "-connect [host]", but that is not working
any more. 

Is the command changed? Or I should check for some mistake?
