Subject: Windows XP sp3 crashes

Installed the latest 1.3.10 and have some crashes.  It is installed as a service but I noticed in the Task Manager both the vnc--server and WinVNC in the process list.  It may not be TightVNC but the more I work with it seems to come closer to being it.

Way the freeze happens is usually after I use TightVNC and then do a complete shutdown and then restart.  It will freeze shortly after the desktop appears.  Another way it freezes is when I start the first Windows program usually QuickBooksPro.  Almost like an initialization issue between two programs.

Sorry this is so vague.  Maybe you can give me some debugging ideas.
