I'm using an android app called Remote Ripple. I've installed TightVNC as a server on my remote desktop that is running Windows XP and I'm able to view my desktop from the app with no problems. I then installed TightVNC on my wifes laptop that is running Windows Vista and tried to view her laptop but I get an error message on her computer "TightVNC Server Has Stopped Working". The android phone and laptop are seeing each other but Vista is closing the connection.
Performed the following tasks on Vista:
● Diabled login screen.
● Disabled user account center (UAC) that popped up asking for user permission.
● Enabled remote access, remote admin serves, remote logs....basically all remote services I could fined.
● I verified the IP address by using command prompt and typed ipconfig /all

I also made a configuration change on VNC control panel and checked the loopback function.

Still have the error "TightVNC Server Has Stopped Working"

Please help, thanks
