[vmtk-users] Obtaining parent vessel

Hi,
I have this diseased blood vessel with a small aneurysm on it (stl file). I
want to get the original vessel without the aneurysm and then study the
flow. Is there any function/group of functions in vmtk I can use to obtain
the parent vessel.
