Hi Evan, it's quite extensive, but I'd give it a try. If it doesn't work, this looks like the right job for a thinning algorithm in image space (not yet in vmtk, although it could be a nice addition), I can point you to some ITK classes that implement it, if you're interested. Let us know how things go with this dataset.
