Dear Chih-Yang,
 I've tried out vmtknetworkextraction on your model and it works for me.

Here's the pipe I'm using to produce the image:

vmtknetworkextraction -ifile DSA-crop.vtp --pipe vmtkrenderer --pipe vmtksurfaceviewer -ifile DSA-crop.vtp -opacity 0.3 --pipe vmtksurfaceviewer -i @vmtknetworkextraction.o
