[vmtk-users] Problems with sigmoid mask

Dear VMTK users,

I followed the tutorial from VMTK website and tried to extract the geometry of right internal carotid artery from a CT DICOM images. As the right ICA is embedded in bone, I made the sigmoid mask followed by the usual steps in getting the surface (I used colliding fronts in this case). Despite repeated attempts with various threshold level, I still could not get the surface properly and here I come to seek the advice from you guys.
