Hi Vikram, I'm suggesting to pipe the vmtksurfacetriangle script right after vmtkmarchingcubes vmtkmarchingcubes -ifile some_file.vti --pipe vmtksurfacetriangle -ofile thesurface.vtp and see if this works.
