[vmtk-users] Vmtk segmentation does not save the output anymore

Dear Luca,

 levelset segmentation in my computer does not work anymore.

 When I launch the following command:

 vmtklevelsetsegmentation -ifile image_volume_voi.vti -ofile level_sets.vti

 everything goes fine until the moment when I would like to save the
segmented geometry. The last thing I see in the terminal is:

Accept result? (y/n): Merge branch? (y/n): Segment another branch? (y/n):
Done executing vmtklevelsetsegmentation.
Error: no Image.
Error from pype:

I freshly recompiled vmtk hoping the error would go away, but
unfortunately it did not help. Do you have an idea how to fix this?
