Hello Haibin,
 the -f dicom -d expects a directory name.
To specify a single dicom file (the rest of the files in the series will be loaded automatically)
use 
vmtkimagereader -ifile C:\\Aorta_voi\\hai.dcm --pipe vmtkimageviewer
