 thanks for reporting the changes here.

Related to the ITK issue, I still have to finish the port to ITK 4, which will solve them. 
For the time being, I forked ITK on Github and applied the patches. Please update your local repository with git pull 
to get the new references to the dependencies in Superbuild.

As to the Python path issue, I added a note on the website.
