Hello David,
From the files that you send , you can see that all the errors are
related to the compilation of one project: vtkvmtkITKPythonD . In
compiling this project there are some errors, to which I will come later
in this email.
I also noticed from your build logs that you were compiling vmtk in
Debug mode ("Build started: Project: vtkvmtkITKPythonD, Configuration:
Debug|Win32") which is not advisable as you had ITK and VTK compiled as
release. You should not combine debug and release libraries in one
project as can give very nasty (runtime) errors. So please recompile
VMTK as Release.
Concerning your errors:
As vtkvmtkITKPythonD will not compile, this project will not create
'vtkvmtkITKPythonD.lib'. This library is needed in 'vtkvmtkITKPython'
and 'vtkvmtkITK', so they will also not compile and thus will not create
'vtkvmtkITK.lib'. Which rises problems in vtkvmtkSegmentation, and so
on... The lines beneath are the most important from your build logs:
vtkvmtkITKPythonD => vtkvmtkITKPythonD - 7 error(s), 0 warning(s)

Which just puzzles me as should be located in vtkVmtk\Utilities\vtkITK.
So probably there were some changes in the CMakeLists.txt that I send
you that are related to other changed files, that you have not in your
source tree, that makes this directory unknown to the project
'vtkvmtkITKPythonD'.
Best thing would be to to start working with a clean checkout of the svn
sources of VMTK. And as you unfortunately cannot checkout the repository
I will send you (separately) a zip file with the current svn sources.
