#3 German keyboard layout (tracker like)

One thing I missed though was a keyboard-map covering two octaves, like
those used in some trackers (Milkytracker, Schismtracker, Renoise). To
explain what I mean, I attach a screenshot from Renoise's tutorial-video
(at 18:12 min) called 'trkeybmap.jpg'.

I also redefined my German keyboard in that manner. I attach a file
That file isn't perfect, I just redefined the most needed keys.
