First of all, many thanks to the creators of VMPK, I find it an incredibly good and useful program!
My question is related to a post I found on here earlier:
I realise that it is not possible to map a note to more than one key using the dialogue provided in the
program, but it is possible if you edit the XML file.
I would really like to do this, but I am using a Mac and do not have a clue how to go about it!
I've never done programming before, but I've downloaded two XML editors, XML mind and XML spear, but I've looked at them and I realise I have no idea how to use them to edit the file, and I am unsure about getting
the correct syntax even if I did.
Is there any simple way to do this? I do also have a Windows computer: I want to use VMPK on the Mac, but
maybe would this be easier for XML editing?
