It might be nice to have a limit number of volunteers for each position in a project. For example, if I only want one Project Manager per project, or x number of helpers for a particular position (also helps for budget-can only afford so many people).

the main project page will show you how many people you need for a position (default one manager, and each other position you create asks how many people you need). On that project home page it lists how many people you have for each position. If you don't have enough, it's yellow, and if you have enough.too many, it's green.
