I think it would be helpful to add more fields to describe an organization. This will allow users to have a better sense of the background of the people who could potentially be working on projects. It could describe the organizations goals, how long it has been around, how long a person has been involved with the organization, etc. I feel that this will bring more trust and reliability to the projects and people involved.
