The menu for skills when registering as a volunteer are awkwardly phrased making it difficult to select appropriate personal skills. Possibly reword these to be more clear.
Drop down menus rarely show up during volunteer registration process especially with a location. Adding these options is somewhat necessary.
Registration for Instant messenger does not specify client/network, so possibly adding an extra field to specify would be beneficial.
When registering, one is able to enter invalid characters into the contact fields. IE: Under the phone number/fax fields, they accepted periods and letters as well as other characters.
We recommend adding a feature to limit characters in the contact categories as well as checking their validity in regards to phone numbers or email(checking if there is an @ symbol present etc) and the rest of the appropriate fields as necessary.
