the timer device in its first unix version

start of a timer for unix equivalent to the windows version

spaces after -L and -I in the Makefiles deleted

clearing the inline address cache implemented.

the cache size was reduced to 13 bits
the address translation in mmix now has an inline cache
that is faster than the lookaside buffer. We still need to
implement clearing of these inline caches in case the lookaside
buffers are cleared.

changed the reading to block for a maximum of 5 seconds
this is somewhat a polling loop now, but
it will terminate the keyboard if the motherboard disconnects
(the latest after 5 seconds)
