getting the unix stuff to run again. example1 and example2 are working again.
replaced binaries by links
moved version.c into opt
fixiing the files in cvs
cleaning out files
adding ignore files
adding mmoboot
some more stuff to ignore
finaly an ignore file
weeding out files in mmix
