The first 6 charactes of the debug string in register 255
which are DEBUGspace are suppressed.

after executing a SWYM XYZ intruction with XYZ debugging
is swiched on. Now if the location is negative also
debugging inside the operating system (-O) is swiched on.
Further, if register 255 points to a string starting
with DEBUG followed by a space, this string is printed.
