Commit [r140] Maximize Restore History

the debug messages now contain a level.

0 is for ordinary output
1 is for important output
this way the amount of output in debug windows can be reduced.
the value of vmb_debug_level regulates the amount of output
the default value is 1 supressing ordinary debug output

the motherboard got a menu item to increase and decrease verbosity
