updating ignore files
small changes
adapted to the new utilities
file does not belong here
make the halt instruction call gdb directly
added gdbinit and .w files
adding the cvsigore file
got the win32 version to run not yet fully debugged!
communication with gdb over buffers and queue
gdb header file needed for compilation
