Create VIew Menu with submenu items
Mapview (our current mindmap view)
Hierarchical view (a tree like view)
Zoom in
Zoom out

The view menu is conditional upon it being
straightforward to generate a hierarchical view.
If a hierarchical view is complex to do, then do not
action View menu
