[VMail General] Release 0.6.8

Release 0.6.8 is finally out. X-Apparently-From and X-Apparently-To headers
are added so you can track the SMTP from and to lines. Better socket cleanup
code, that hopefully will cure the silent death problem. There is now a
limit of 10 concurrent connections which should prevent any DoS and also
stop incoming connections getting bogged down.
