#2 Create Virtual Machines

Apart from the VIX C API, it would be nice if our
utilities included something that would create a
virtual machine with the basic options (something like
RDPetruska's GUI for Windows). We may not be able to
feature all of the advanced options, but basic things
like hard drives, CDROM and floppy drives, networking,
etc., should be very do-able.
