#3 Networked device emulation

In order for the emulator to show more than just a
debug-log, networked devices are neccesary. Use SIGIO
to emulate an interrupt when network traffic comes in,
connect to b_panel (not yet completed, will be added as
soon as it is) and send messages to emulate device IO.
