+- Extendet warning message, if solver type is invalid

+- generate_ff() => ff(): generation of an problem instance ist now separated form first fit allocation
+- VM.initialID is the PM.id not the position in the problemPMs vector
+ first fit allocation: Print an error if not enough PM (resources) are defined.
