#11 hard-coded default opening node

application gets info on initial node from vlma_app.props, which is
however jarred, so inaccessible to normal user.
Suggestion: add a menu item allowing user to enter initial node--possibly
with a the current default as the default there. We need to think this one
thru--gnutella handles it by having webcaches of peers.
