#12 Remove Reader not implemented

Manager reader profile - Remove Reader button didn't/doesn't have any functionality implemented in the Action, check-box suspended from the page (not elegant but it doesn't create confusion)
Note: implementing that functionality requires clear use case: what does remove reader means? What if the reader has books checked-in or checked out? Version 3.0 :-)
