#24 vjasstrans should be moved to wc3lib

Add Bison and Flex files for FDF and WTS files or parse them by using Boost's spirit library and add corresponding classes to library "map" of wc3lib.
Add tool "jasst" to module "app" of wc3lib which will be the new vjasstrans then.
