#6 sync subtitle line by the wave display position

It would be great if I could select one subtitle line, find that spoken text on the wave display and then click somewhere to adjust the start position (perhaps also the duration) of the selected subtitle to the timeline of the wave display.

Select the subtitle line.
Then select the time range on the waveform, right click and choose "Set subtitle time"
