#29 subs for hearing impaired people

Dear Christophe!

It will be a great development, if the neigbouring video frames can be displayed in a row beneath the waveform as bunch of small images. (maybe in scaleable size just like the wav).
The reason: if you make subs for hearing impaired people, you have to fit the sub for the picture (when somebody appears on the screen), but not for the sound.
