#23 set sub time & go to next

I've noticed there's a feature to set end time & go to next line, but I'm not comfortable with set start and end time when video playing. I perfer select and set subtitle time. So there's a problem. Everytime I set a line and want to set the next, I have to go to the subtitle zone and click on the next line so I can set its time, and often I can find where it is. It would be helpful to add a hotkey choice for set subtitle time & go to next line.
