#10 wav extraction crash
Hi again. This concerns the operation of vss 0.921 and 0.922 (tried today) on my desktop pc. running xp (sp 2).
The prog crashes on any avi file during wav extraction. The moment I point vss to the avi it "hangs" (can't take a screenshot of it, ). I never even get to hit 'debug'.
When I alt+tab away from vss and back into it, it's greyed/whited out and unresponsive. on this pc I've never gotten vss to work, on the laptop it's fine.
any advise appreciated (again). thanks :)
I used to have problems with VSS (like it didn't find a audio streaming in file, and errors some times), and all were fixed installing K-Lite Codec Pack, AND CHECKED the Reset all settings to their defaults...
In a big part of the cases, the problem isn't with VSS but with the codecs and their definitions...
