A closely related topic was discussed on this list recently. One outcome
of that was the moderately heavily documented program look_around.py
which you'll find in the Contributed section of vpython.org. The
contributed program movecamera.py is also somewhat relevant.
Also, try the VPython example program stonehenge.py, which lets you move
through a scene. I should point out however that there's a bug in scene
management in the beta version of VPython: in stonehenge.py you can't
advance beyond the (0,0,0) location.
