I don't see how that could ever have worked. The origin assignment is
attempting to add a vector varGVMapper.CurrentObject.pos, which I
assume is a vector, to a tuple. It is true that you could say origin =
(0,1.8,0), in which case VPython silently converts the tuple to a
vector, but it won't convert the tuple when added to a vector.
The error message isn't helpful, though....
