Added documentation of frame.objects to the frame documentation available
on the web site and in the documentation download.
Also fixed a typo in the venerable demo program bounce2.py, which changed
the z component of velocity when the y wall was hit. Amazing that it went
unnoticed all this time.
Also updated the full Windows installer, but not those for Mac and Linux.
