Thanks to Gary Pajer pointing out that numpy 1.4 has been withdrawn due
to compatibility issues, there is now available at vpython.org a rebuilt
VPython for Windows (called 5.24) that includes numpy 1.3 instead of
numpy 1.4. Tomorrow I'll check whether the Mac version also needs to be
rebuilt.
