Does anyone have a clue as to what could be Joe's problem?

Hello Bruce.
I tried posting this to the visualpython-users list and once again
sourceforge is rejecting my posts. I've absolutely no idea why it no
longer likes me. My ISP says the problem is on sourceforge's end and
I can't get anyone at sourceforge to talk to me about it. Frustrating.
Anyway, could you post my message to the list? I can still receive
posts fine, I just can't send them.
