The Linux/Unix/OSX installer now contains Jonathan Brandmeyer's fix to
the obj.visible bug. Graphing now works much better on Linux, though
there is still some other bug present. A graph window from a previous
run stays around until the next run; there's always an extra, though it
doesn't seem to cause much harm and does go away when you quit completely.
