I hope someone has still compiled a winpy-2.3 vpython beta version. If then I appreciate if (s)he can send me the binaries.

I doubt that anyone would make a beta version to run on Python 2.3, 
since that version of Python is now two levels out of date (the current 
version is Python 2.5). I can't think of any reason why one wouldn't 
upgrade to Python 2.5....?
