I added documentation to the Visual reference manual for the new controls
module (buttons, sliders, toggle switches, pull-down menus), including the
web-site documentation.
I also updated the installers for Windows and Linux to have the new
controls.py module (so that you import it from visual.controls), and to
have a small controls programs added to the demos (to advertise this
capability), as well as adding documentation to the reference manual. I
haven't updated the Mac installers.
