Its up on Sourceforge, now.  NEWS file details follow.  We will get a
prebuilt package up for Python 2.3 shortly.

   NEW FEATURES:
   * New stereo mode: "crosseyed".  It is just like 'passive', but
       reversed left-to-right.
   * Added the dependancy list for Gentoo systems to INSTALL.txt.

   BUGS FIXED:
   * A crash that affected users of some NVIDIA Quadro video cards on 
       Windows has been fixed.
   * Work around sizeof(float*) < sizeof(int) on AMD64 systems.
